🌞 Celebrate the Summer Solstice at Blue Banyan! 🌞 🌞 Celebrate the Summer Solstice at Blue Banyan! 🌞 Join us on Saturday, June 20th for a special day honoring the longest day of the year with two amazing experiences: 🧘‍♂️ Sun Salutation Practice with Jake (9:15 AM – 10:30 AM) Kick off your day with a joyful, dynamic 75-minute practice combining chanting and playful Asana flow. Whether you want to push your edges or just giggle along, Jake offers modifications and an inspiring way to “do you.” This practice celebrates renewal and mindfulness by honoring the Sun. Midsummer Celebration (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Immerse yourself in ancient solstice ceremonies with call & response chanting, sound yoga, ceremonial cacao, and communal singing. Enjoy healing mantras from around the world, a simple fire ritual, and a light summer feast. Bring offerings of fruit, nuts, or baked goods to share on our altar and at the feast. Cost: $35 for the Midsummer Solstice Celebration and $25 for the Sun Salutation Practice.
