    Jen May has another workshop coming up October 29- Jen May has another workshop coming up October 29-November 19.  This series is for students with any amount of yoga experience. Learn how to strengthen deep core muscles and apply this strength to stabilize the low back in a variety of yoga poses. Learn spinal movements and hip stretches to mobilize and soften the low back. Throughout the series, breath technique will be emphasized for both core engagement and tension release. Price includes a handout to help use poses at home.

    Mobility Mondays offer a time for recovery from th Mobility Mondays offer a time for recovery from the weekend's activities and festivities.  On our days off we tend to move our bodies in different ranges of motion than during the work week. Whether it’s a couple days filled with gardening, socializing, traveling, cooking, recreational athletics (biking, running, etc)  this class is for you. We will unwind, untangle, neutralize and ‘quiet’ our joints, muscles and skeleton. Sophie’s Monday Mobility Class is the very best way to start the week. Mondays 8-9 am.
