It’s that time of year again! Time to consider recommitting to your health, wellness, and happiness by participating in Blue Banyan’s 21-day detox. Each year we host 2 detox programs, one in March and one in Oct, This fall more than ever you may feel that you want to ‘clean up’ and ‘clean out’.
The Covid -19 pandemic has changed many of our life behaviors including how we interact and relate to food, drink, exercise & sleep habits. These 21 days will offer you an opportunity to recenter your focus on personal wellness with step by step guidance, mentor, and peer support.
There is a whole lot of discussion happening in the Wellness Community about chronic weight gain, apathy, lack of life-direction, and self-discipline as a result of the stay at home orders. If you feel you’ve learned into some unhealthy habits as a way of looking for comfort or to destress during these challenging 6 months, this is a fantastic opportunity to reboot so that you can forge through with vitality strength, and vigor from the inside out. With the election less than 2 months away, it’s a crucial time to build self fortitude, resilience, and embodiment for what is going to be the ‘next phase’ we will need to face.; it is sure to be a trying time regardless of the outcome – lets set ourselves up to be as strong as possible.
During our 21 days together we will reduce inflammation in our physical bodies through diet and exercise. During our time together you will be encouraged to take the following out of your Diest:
Sugar, alcohol, caffeine (except green tea), soy, corn, grains, legumes, dairy, wheat, and all additives & preservatives. This will be 21 days of whole, simple foods. You will receive daily encouragement in the form of an email, as well as a weekly virtual group check-in. You will also receive a comprehensive manual to help you prepare for your journey. This includes a shopping list and menus.
