Kids Yoga Storytime
During this class children will step into classic stories, practice yoga poses and movement, learn folk songs and games, and discover their breath. Designed for ages 0-3 and their significant grown up, this playful class will help children build body awareness, develop listening skills, practice moving in and out of stillness, explore changing emotions, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen connections. Yoga Story Time is filled with fun, laughter, noises of all kinds, and some special quiet moments too.
