Soul Yoga 1st Sat each month - $10
Led by avid yoga practitioner and teacher, Sara Lomax-Reese, is a monthly, all-level yoga class designed to celebrate our community's diversity by explicitly inviting people of color to this life-sustaining practice of yoga. Sara is also co-founder of the Philadelphia People of Color Meditation Group that meets monthly at Springboard Studio. Soul Yoga will be offered the first Saturday of every month from 4:00-5:15pm at Blue Banyan. The cost is $10. All are welcome.

Movement and Meditation is a chance to explore the deeper dimensions of your yoga practice while also enjoying its physical benefits. The class features an hour of energizing vinyasa flow, and then directs your focus and strength towards 10 to 15 minutes of meditation exercises.

Funky Friday is a music based Vinyasa flow where the music is loud, fun and funky and the asana is fluid and creative. Each week there will be a different playlist spanning form old school hip hop, to pop, to soul, to Motown. Come shake off your week and prepare for you weekend in this carefree yet intentional practice. All levels are welcome.
